This track contains some of the stress relief techniques that I use in my sessions.

Track 2: General Relaxation (17 Minutes)

Allowing you to relax and let go, even drifting into sleep if that is what you choose to do.

Many of my clients use this CD to keep the wonderful calm that they experience in a session with me. Several have said that they use it to help them sleep or rest, especially when life seems to be a bit more hectic than usual.
